Failure and success captions

I seem to remember making my own responses to multiple choice questions.  I can't remember if the responses were to the answers or the question.  However I don't see how to do this in CP2019.  We have already selected the Use Text Captions for SFH Captions instead of Smart-Shapes.

Our customer insists on the responses looking just like the projects built in the previous versions of Captivate.
