Failure notices do not show on transfer

I have an issue where when i connect to a remote computer through citrix and i transfer the file via redirected client drives i am unable to see the red click failure boxes in the project. The file size is identical and they show up when i transfer the file back. When i create a click box in the remote machine the red box persists. Any one know what could be causing this issue?
