Failure result when closing window

Is there a setting so that users can start the training, close out of it and resume later without failing? Every time users close out without completing the quiz, the LMS is recording a fail.

    Check whether Resume Data bookmarking is turned on in Quiz Settings > LMS  Reporting > Advanced > Never Send Resume Data (should be unchecked if you want bookmarking turned on).

    If that setting indicates bookmarking IS turned on, then the issue is likely with your LMS.  Upload the same SCORM to SCORM Cloud and test to see if the behaviour is different.
