Fatal error

Using Captivate 9 on a Windows 7 PC. When trying to record a video demo, I will get a fatal error notification. I've checked to ensure the project cache is pointed at the C: drive and cleared it out. I'm not currently on a network. I've also restarted the software and the machine. Any guidance or suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Is this a double posting? Do you launch Captivate as administrator?
