Fatal Error Captivate 6.0 when Publishing

Help!  I keep getting a fatal error when trying to publish my file.

Now when I view the filmstrip, all of the text captions are blank until I click on them, then the words will appear.

I save, and reopen but the text captions are blank again.

I don't know what happened, but need help gettign the text captions to stay and also publishing.

    Which version of 6? Check Help, About Captivate..

    Which OS are you using? Did you clear the cache?

    Thank you so much for the response!I'm using Version 6.0.1.240 with WIndows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1 on a 64 bit system.

    I just tried to clear the cache and it did not help.  I have my file saved to my desktop - I'm guessing that may be part of the problem?

    Thanks again for your help - I am very new to Captivate.

    Is Captivate installed on your system and are the documents folder and cache folder also on your system? You can check that in Edit, Preferences, General settings.

    Do you run Captivate as administrator: use right-click on shortcut to Captivate and choose 'Run as administrator'. You can also set that permanently under de Advanced button in the same dialog.
