I am getting a fatal error when accessing preferences, advanced actions, preview project and other functions. I reinstalled, reimaged my machine under different scenarios and can not get this issue resolved I am using version 9.0.1.320 is there a fix or solution to this problem.  thanks

Try upgrading your Cp version to 9.0.2

If you are on a Win system, do you run Captivate as Administrator? That is not the same as having Administrator rights.
