Fatal Error-when viewing in Blackboard (Student View)

I get the following error when I view my Captivate Module in the Blackboard Student View:

• A fatal error has occurred, communication with the server has been lost.

I do not get the error when viewing it in the editing/development mode.  So students will get he error when viewing the module, but I don't get it on my end.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
