Feature Request: play controls for each video (Youtube, Vimeo, etc) not linked to project playbar

I sure could use an easy set of playbar skins that can be attached to a specific video or 
interactive video (Youtube/Vimeo) which is not connected to the project play bar. Play bar with play/pause/ rewind/CC/slider etc. 
Just drag it out onto video or audio and the play bar attaches to that particular video without
referencing the project playbar.  Thanks.
