File > Print > Handouts doesn't work with only Slide Notes, Caption Text, and Include objects and q

I need to generate text/graphics from my courses that include the screen, the Caption Text, and the Slide Notes.

I have successfully used the "Print > Handouts command for about a year in both Captivate 9 and 2017.

I used to be able to generate a word doc of a course which showed the final screen, the slide notes (narration text), and the caption text (all the text shown onscreen) for each screen in the course.  This just recently broke, selecting all three (and only those three) options now leaves me with a one page word doc with basically nothing on it.  ("Use table in output" also unselected).  It works fine now if I turn off Caption Text, but I need that Caption Text which is now not shown so my colloborators can edit it.  Does anyone know why this functionality is gone now?
