Final slide is completely blank?

This is my first captivate project and I was so excited to be wrapping up and all of a sudden I'm trapped at the finish line!

The last slide of my project is showing up completely blank both when I preview the project and when I publish it to HTML5. It's not the final slide I worked on, it's not a complicated slide, just a thanks for taking the training with an exit button and some images of the scenario characters... Why is this one showing up blank? I'm not having the problem with the other 20 slides.

Sorry to have to ask some more questions to clarify.

First question: which version do you use? You find the full version number under 'Help, About Captivate'. At this moment both Classic Captivate and the new version 12 are supported but they are completely different.

Whatever the version, it would be easier to understand if you added some screenshots. I want to see the Timeline panel and the stage. I may ask for more screenshots once I know the version you are using.
