Find/Replace not finding items with an apostrophe

Hello,

So I was trying to find repeated instances of a word that contained an apostrophe so I could easily replace it with the same word without the apostrophe (example: Owner's > Owners). The system would not find it.

I have attached a snapshot as an example (he's).

Please let me know if there is a way around this issue.  (I am using CP9)
