Firefox/Captivate issues in SumTotal LMS 8.2

Hello forum!  Primarily, what I am trying to find are system requirements for end users viewing published Captivate content, but can't find anything recent.

I administer the SumTotal LMS (8.2) for my company, and am currently trying to troubleshoot what appears to be browser compatibility.  We have some learners using Firefox that are having problems with SCORM courses built in Adobe Captivate 4. The scorm interaction variables are not being sent back to SumTotal consistently and the course is never marked complete even if the learner goes through the entire course.

I have looked at SumTotal documentation and supposedly Firefox 3 is supported in Learner mode.

I have not been able to find any documentation on end user requirements for published Captivate content, except that they must have the Flash player.

Thanks in advance for any insight into this,

Brian Allen

Brian,

Curious if you found an answer.  We've had a number of issues with courses that perform well hosted from a web server, but perform poorly once hosted on the SumTotal LMS.  Appreciate any insights you have.

Thanks

Jeff
