First slide and subsequent slides are different sizes when .swf file is launched from web server

‌We use CP5.5, and a .cptx file was published to .swf. When played locally, it plays fine. However, when launched from our web server, the first slide displays correctly, but all subsequent slides are huge on the screen and the playback controls and half the screen aren't accessible. I have tried copying all slides into a new project and publishing, same issue. I've also deleted out all ppt slides and republished, no luck. I can rescale the project but the display size difference between the first slide and subsequent slides remains, even when I delete the first slide that displays differently. When I delete it, the new first slide has the problem. Again, the issue is only seen when the .swf is launched from our web server.

Are there any widgets on those first slides?

You mention that you are launching the SWF from your website.  Are you launching it via the HTM and JS files that Captivate also publishes?

‌no widgets, and no--the course is just published to .swf, and the .swf file is what's posted to the web server. We're using IE9. Haven't tested it using other browsers but again, playing the file locally launches ie9 as well and it plays fine locally.

Have you tested how the SWF plays from the web server if you also upload the HTM and JS files published from Captivate?  Does it show the same behaviour when the SWF is launched from the HTM file and not directly?
