iOS (Apple) devices don't play Flash content (by default), Android and other devices do. You should be able to open your Captivate project in Firefox on the Samsung Galaxy, you may need to configure the Flash Player: http://gs5.wonderhowto.com/how-to/install-flash-player-samsung-galaxy-s5-stream-web-based-flash-videos-0155548/

More people are moving to HTML5, but #flashlives If you can publish your project to a web url, you can try opening that link in Firefox on your Samsung as well...

P.S. You can run Flash on an iPhone or iPad with a $3 app (Cloud Browse or Skyfire)

Mobile devices don't have Flash Players.  You need to publish as HTML5, not SWF.
