Fluid box option not showing in toolbar

I am a new Captivate user and I'm trying to create a new responsive project; however, I'm not seeing an option to create fluid boxes. Here is my toolbar:

Is there something I need to do to enable this option? I have Captivate V9, if that helps.

    Fluid Boxes appeared with CP2017, not available in your version. If you want tocreate a responsive project, you need to use Breakpoint Views.
