Question

flv movies in Captivate not appearing when inserted into Articulate

Help!! I created a .swf in Captivate 4 with a couple of short .flv movies. When I publish and view the .swf locally all of the .flvs play fine. Unfortunately, I have to put the Captivate into Articulate for our LMS. When I insert the Captivate, the Captivate plays fine, but the .flvs do not load. I have been working with Articulate but they cannot figure out what the problem is. I have all of the .flv files saved in the same folder as the published Captivate. Is there something I'm not doing right, please help.

Are you using relative or absolute links to launch the FLVs?  Check the format of the URL you've set up in Captivate.  If it's a relative link, and your FLVs are in the same folder as the SWF, then all you should need is the filename of the FLV.  If you have a lengthy path as your URL, then it may be looking for the FLV on your hard drive.
