FMR Playback Error - Captivate 7

I have recorded a software demonstration in Captivate. When I publish it and view it, the FMR videos do not play. The audio plays, but nothing happens on the screen...just a spinning circle.

Thoughts?

    Hi there,

    Make sure Captivate is updated to 7.0.1.237 (Help > About Adobe Captivate)

    Does it happen when you have uploaded the output on a server/website, or does it happen when you view the output locally?

    In which format are you publishing the output? .swf or HTML 5?

    Have you tested this in different browsers?

    Make sure you have set up the publish folder as a trusted location in your Flash Global Security settings:
