For some reason, I do not have a reply option on this discussion.

 

I downloaded Captivate V 2019 Update 2.  As with the original installation effort, the install asks for my Adobe.com login, extracts the files, and then stops at a blank screen.

    Is there any update on this issue?  I really need to get this program working so I can create training.

    Right. As I mentioned, I couldn’t reply to that post for some reason. I followed the instructions and received the same result.

    That is due to the change in platform. I am sorry, but only a user myself.
