Font replaced when previewing or publishing captivate project

I'm using Open Sans but when I preview or publish the project it changes to Times New Roman. It worked fine 2 weeks ago (for months) but now it isn't.

It's a web-safe font and I haven't changed any setting in the past 2 weeks. HELP!!
