For Captivate 2017, when I select Text > Text Animation, the Text Animation dialog box will not display.

I've tried this on two different computers, each running Windows 10 and Captivate 2017 and both experience the same problem. After I select Text > Text Animation, the Text Animation dialog box will not display. Nothing happens. It just sits there. I can add the other two types of text boxes but no Text Animation.

Has anyone else run into this problem?
