For some strange reason I cannot move mob opened captivate window from my macbook screen to a plugged in monitor can anyone help?

I up graded the version of captivate at the week end and seem to have lost the capacity to move the window to another monitor and have lost the sub menu! anyone know how to fix?

    Can you give more details about what you mean by Submenu?

    Did you follow the instructions for installation like Cleaning Preferences, deleting Layouts folder etc?
