Format quiz answers spacing

How can quiz answers be formatted so the height of the text and gaps between the answers are the same? I need to be able to format answers like this in order to add on the “shuffle answers” option.

    Captivate is somewhat lacking in the text formatting area.

    The most reliable method to achieve this is just to make all the answer captions the same height and space them equally using the Align toolbar options.
