Question

Formatting/Changing the look of Quiz Slides?

Hello,

I am fairly new at using Captivate. I have Captivate 4.

When creating a quiz, I find I struggle with creating the "look" that I want. I have been able to add background image etc, but would like to adjust some of the other things.  For example I have a short answer question and I would like to change the look of the entry field, i.e. change the color to something other than just white so that it blends in a bit more with the background picture.  Is there an easy way to make those changes on quiz slides?

Thanks

Hi there

Likely the only way you will find to accomplish this is by layering in a Highlight Box object to provide the coloring effect you want.

You might also wish to consider submitting a Wish Form to suggest more flexibility in formatting these beasties.

Cheers... Rick

Thanks for the idea. I tried it, but it doesn't seem to work. The highlight box is behind the entry field for the answer, and it won't let me change the order to layer the highlight box on top of the entry field.
