Formatting Presenter Quiz to be used in Adobe Connect

Hi, when I format a quiz, i.e. add a quiz question then move the answer selections/colour them etc, this shows fine in PowerPoint.  When I publish using Presenter and upload them to Adobe Connect they instantly go back to their default layout/formatting.

Any ideas how to get around this?  I'd like to make good looking quizzes in Presenter for use on Adobe Connect.
