Free Captivate Images

Hi there

Do you have a keyboard with a Print Screen key? If you do, one may always obtain images by using Ctrl+Print Screen to grab images and put them in the Windows Clipboard. Then you can paste them into Paint and crop as needed. The nice thing here is that it works with nearly any situation.

Aside from that you may use a screen capture utility such as TechSmith's SnagIt. Or if you have the Technical Communication Suite, RoboHelp has RoboScreenCapture that ships with it (I hear it's based on another product called HyperSnap).

The final consideration is that of legalities involved with using any images. I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, so I can't claim to be a lawyer.
