Free images and assets

Hello,

I need some royalty-free images to use in a Govt project and was wondering if the ones from eLearning Brothers are okay to use. It says 'Free eLearning Assets', but just want to be doubly sure. 

Have you used those in any of your client work? Any advice is appreciated.
