Free Trial 2019 - Cant Record - AdobeCaptivate-ini file is not able to be changed with free trial

When trying to video record / system record in the Captivate 2019 trial, I get "Capture is disallowed since High-density display was detected. Please set 'DdpiAwareness = 1' AdobeCaptivate-ini and restart the application".

Changing the display settings' resolution hasn't work either. Are there any other solutions out there?

To help with this process I copy the adobecaptivate.ini file to my desktop, edit it there, and then copy it back into the Adobe Captivate program folder. Coincidentally my colleague Ava and I recorded a tutorial on this process recently: https://youtu.be/LDHwL7xQlCs

RESOLVED: Changing the Display Settings all the way to '1280 x 768' resolution with 100% text display permitted the Record function to open/work. (note: I'm using Microsoft Office Surface Pro lap top)
