Full-motion does not work from website

When my Captivate program is launched from my website, the full-motion sequence it contains does not run. Everything else in the program works fine.
The full-motion sequence works when I launch the program from my desktop. The problem only occurs when it is launched from the website.
All the relevant files appear to be published to the web host, in the correct folder.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Ideas?
