Full motion recording not working

Whenever I try full motion recording, I just get a blank slide. This happens whether I select full-motion recording for the recording mode or if I try to record a drag-and-drop action in a regular recording.

You may have already done this but call support and report this or reinstall captivate. The copy I have recoreds full motion with no problems no matter how I run it.
