General Quiz tools Question - Click boxes unavailable

It appears that the Click Box tool is unavailable (greyed out) as are others in at least two of the question styles, I am trying to use. For example, Hot Spot, and Matching.

What is the reason? and Can get access to these somehow?. 

for example if I choose Assessment as my overall style or preference, the options do not carry over when I go to edit screen to work on slides.

any ideas?

    Hi Grayley

    It is my understanding that ALL question types disable the Click Box,

    Button, Text Entry Box, Rollover Slidelet and Zoom Area objects.

    Hello again

    Not to my knowledge.

    I'm not 100% sure on this, but I suspect that the question itself is

    considered an object that is tracked for scoring. Thus, the developers

    have disabled the other scorable objects.

    I suppose only a member of the Captivate Development team can say for

    certain on that.

    Perhaps if you are able to explain what it is you hope to achieve

    someone might offer a workaround or an alternative.
