Generating mp4 from a software simulation created in Adobe Captivate 9

Hi,

We have created a software simulation in Captivate version 9. And we have imported audio file of mp3 format into the simulation. After publishing it in Video format, when we are playing the mp4 file, the audio is stuttering. While we are publishing it in HTML/SWF format, the generated output is perfectly fine and sounds correct. Can you please let us know a resolution to publish Video format from the cptx file without having the challenge in audio? We have also cleared cache from the project to check whether it could help, but it didn't.
