When opening GENERATIVE AI, to use avatar, the following message appears (service not available). I have checked all the AI ​​functions in the preferences, I have even restarted Captivate. If I use the rest of the AI ​​options, it seems to work but it takes a long time to respond. Or they don't work either.

    Please connect with your IT and whitelist the network endpoints and URL mentioned in this article:

    Additionally, whitelist the below URLs as well, which are required for Text to Speech to work in CP 13.0:
    https://*.adobe.io/*
