German Voices in Text-to-speech

Hello,

i use captivate 2019 subscription and i like to know, whether there good german voices available? If not, is there a way to implement microsoft cognitive services (Speech Studio) in captivate?

    I never could use a German version of Captivate, not sure it comes with NeoSpeech German voices. If you use the English version, the answer is NO.  You can use other voices when installed (the native voices with the OS work as well), but I have never checked out Speech studio.
