Get Adobe Stock assets tab returns the message Your computer is probably offline

I have searched the forums and have not found an answer to this issue.

Adobe Captivate 9.02

Click on the Assets Button

Click on the Get Adobe Stock Assets tab. The  middle one, not the elearning brothers tab.

Display shows loading... then times out and gives me the message - Your computer is probably offline.

Obviously it's not, Any ideas why this is not working and how to correct it?

    Hi There,

    It seems that the firewall at your organization is blocking the access to Adobe Stock. Can you involve your IT team and check with the them? You may ask them to white-list the below list of URL to the Firewall and then check if you are able to access it or not:
