get rid of outline of button on screen

I have smart shape buttons that execute actions on a screen. Right now when the learner clicks the button, there remains this yellow-orange outline around the button (or where the button was, if I hide it in the action). How do I make that not happen?

    So, I created the smart shape and filled it with the image (which I didn't even know was possible, so thank you!) and it STILL has the yellow border. In the screen capture, the new shape filled with the image is the one one top that I click.

    Hi SavvyEd,

    Can you please try the below settings.

    Edit->Preferences->Project->Publish Settings.

    Select the checkbox, "Hide Selection rectangle for slide items in HTML5"

    Hmmm... really? Have sometimes issues with effects glitches on smart shapes, but don't remember outline.

    Which slide quality do you use?

    Here is a screencast. It goes away if I click somewhere on the slide. Slide quality is optimized.

    Is my observation correct: was this a shape (rectangle) that you filled with an image? And did it have a stroke for which you dragged the width to 0? Was that stroke originally yellow (the color of the outline)? If yes, make that color white (like the present background).
