Getting black screen when launching Captivate presentation

I imported a PowerPoint to create a Captivate presentation. When using "Linked" to do the import, I am getting a black screen when I launch the presentation. I tried importing using the "High Fidelity" option, and using High Fidelity, I am not getting the black screen; however, there are about 5 or 6 slides that are coming through distorted. Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Try selecting or deselecting the option on the Convert PPT dialog box for Maintain Aspect Ratio. Perhaps some elements on the PPT slides are hanging over the edges and Captivate is trying to keep everything the same size, resulting in some distortion.
