Getting Fatal error messages - Help!

I was working on a project and apparently tried out to many themes.  I got a fatal error message and now when I open any of my projects, I can see content on the filmstrip, but no words, etc in the larger workspace.   I can preview a slide, but not a project.  No idea what to do and have a project due in two days.

Anyone experienced this before?? I have rebooted my computer, but nothing.

    I doubt this is due to trying out themes. You can try to clean the preferences:

    Look in the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder and run the CleanPreferences... file appropriate for your OS.

    If this is not solving the issue, delete the folder 'Layouts' (which has the themes) in the Public or Shared documents.

    For both workflows you'll need Administrator rights and Captivate needs to be closed. Both Preferences and original Layouts will be restored when you restarty Captivate.
