Getting user questions in CP7

Hi,

I'm hoping someone here has some bright ideas on how we can include a way for users to respond to a Captivate project to ask questions, which we can then collect and respond to.

The idea is that on certain slides we would like to have an "I have a question" button, which the user can click, then type in a question.  There would be several of these.  When the user exits the project, Captivate would collect all the user's questions into one document/e-mail/whatever, and send them to an administrator, who can then respond.

We've been thinking about a link to a form on a url, etc., but I'm wondering if anybody has experience doing something like this.
