Ghost Menu Flashes at Top of Video Before it Plays

This ghost menu flashes for a fraction of a second before the video fully loads with the correct menu. What's going on?

    Hi there

    I've noticed that with my own projects. I think it's just an artifact of the way the browser is loading up the material.

    What is your output? SWF? HTML 5? Responsive?

    Not sure what (if anything) can be done about it though.

    This flashes/blinks at the top of the area where the video plays, not at the bottom where the menu is. I recorded the screen then slowed it down in order to take a screen shot. I see this on my Windows 10 Pro machine in Google Chrome browser. I haven't done much testing.
