Glossary Interaction Limited Data

I have the trial version with hopes of replacing my Articulate Presenter software with Captivate, but I am not able to input over 8 or 9 entries in the glossary interaction. It will allow me to create several entries with images and names but will not allow or save any changes to the label tab which controls the description of each entry. Is there a data limit for the trial version?

    The most common reason for problems when using the Glossary interaction is that you have included some unusual characters or punctuation marks in your Terms or Descriptions.  Look for any &, /, \, >, <, #, {, }, (, ), etc.  These and some others will cause issues.
