Glossary Interaction not showing in Captivate 9

Inserted a Glossary Interaction Widget onto the slide and added all the pertinent information.

We are publishing to our own web server in SWF format.

Glossary widget will not display upon first viewing the slide. If you navigate to the previous slide and back, OR the next slide and back it will suddenly appear at which point it works perfectly fine, but obviously that's not acceptable for our customers.

Upon first viewing the slide, it blinks quickly at the top of the slide as if it almost loads but then doesn't. I've noticed from some other discussion questions that ie11 may be an issue? Not sure that's our issue though, but that is the browser we primarily use. I've also made sure to remove any special characters within the widget to eliminate that possibility.

What gives? Anything we could be doing wrong? Any ideas on what I could possibly fix/change to make it work?
