Glossary Widget Audio sometimes doesn't play

Hi,

Audio added to a item in the glossary sometimes doesn't play anymore when returning to the item.

For example, I click on an item, then on another, and when I return to the first time, the audio doesn't play anymore (even after repeated clicking).

Does anyone have a similar problem or a possible solution?
