Using Captivate 2017 Blank project

I have had to cut and paste my Glossary widget into a new blank CPTX project as my original was project was corrupt

Now in the new project when I view the widget properties I cannot see the images that sit next each defination.

If I view the library all of the glossary images are there and they are used on this slide. I have updated the images.

Please advise what I can do to see these images in the widget properties now.

You can copy and paste a Glossary widget from one project to another, but personally I believe there is a better way.

The Captivate Glossary widget accepts a specially formatted XML file that contains terms and definitions (but not graphics).  The widget shows an example of the xml structure.  It's not all that complex.

In my courses, whenever I need to insert a Glossary, I create the terms and definitions in the required XML file format and then import that into the widget in any CPTX where I need it to appear.  This also allows me to easily updated the XML file outside the CPTX glossaries and import the edited XML file to update the Glossary in a few seconds.

Copy/paste is rarely a good idea for learning interactions, even within one

project. I am sorry, recreate the interaction using the assets from the

    library.

I would loose all my custom glossary set up.

If this is the only option then I can just put all the images in my existing widget as I would have to do this in a new widget and set up the custom design aswell. This is a very long process as I have around 50 images in my Glossary.
