Goodbye.html?

We are using Adobe Captivate 8 on Windows. Some of us are using Windows 8. Others are using a different version of Windows. I am not sure if it's Windows 10 for some and Windows 7 for others.

My question is, why when two of us publish our Captivate 8 files to HTML 5 we get a goodbye.html file while others do not?

Is there something we should to in the preferences to NOT get the goodbye.html file?  Would it be safe to just delete the goodbye.html file?
