When a student chooses to review the course again...when they get to  "graded" test questions the answers are already selected from the previous attempt (clear & submit) buttons will not navigate from the quiz slide.  Any suggestions?

Design of quizzes in Captivate is that all attempts on Quiz level are considered to be exhausted when you choose the Review button on the score slide. That will indeed have as result that all questions are blocked.

To be able to navigate during Review (if  you are not on CP9 - where functionality has changed), you need to keep the Next and Back buttons. You can hide the Next button by dragging it under the Clear button:

In this blog post I tried to explain the functionality for versions before CP9:

We are not just reviewing the quiz questions again we are starting the course over.  This is a multi language course with advanced actions.  These questions are being used like pre-test questions at the end of group of slides.

  • I have used a "Review Again" button that jumps to "Reset" slide
  • The Reset slide has an advanced actions that "assigns" variable to 0 and also "hides" any buttons & content that have already been triggered.

How could I understand that from your question? If you try to do this with the default question slides (see my blog post) you take risks, messing up those slides can break the functionality. This should be done with custom question slides, not with the default question slides. Or is that the case?
