Graphic problem

Hi,

i have a problem with publishing a video in mp4-format. In flash-Format the video is correct but in mp4-format some screenshots are badly taken over. I have attached a screenshot from the video. What can I do? How can I improve the quality of the mp4-format. The quality is worse than the flash-film.
