Graphical Glitch during playback

Hello, I'm in the processs of creating a software assesment for our program in captivate 5. I completed the demo portion without any glitches however when I play back the assessment now, the glitches slowly stack up the further I go. I've tried clearing the background and re-adding it from the library. and it worked a few times however some slides are resilient. here are some pics:

this is what my screen looks like in captivate before I actually publish it or preview it without any glitches:

Notice how there is no glitch until I actually preview the video. If I start exactly on the slide where the glitch usually appears, everything is fine, it seems to be an issue that builds up the more slides that go by. I've also tried increasing the screenshot image to higher quality.

    Hi,

    I have just gone through the same problem.

    It seems to happen if the video is inserted in to the project at it's orginal size adn then resized to fit the canvas. I found it also happened although not quite as bad if a previous recording was rescaled down and then inserted into a new project.

    I think the key is to make sure that when you record that the recorded resolution can fit you project slides without the need to resize it.

    These sorts of issues rarely happen unless there is some resizing of the content happening at playback.

    Are you Previewing just the SWF file, or publishing to HTM/SWF/JS and previewing by launching the HTM?
