Graphics Stuck on Minimizing the browser window

I have created a SCORM file using Adobe Captivate. However, when I play it in a browser or on an LMS, I encounter an issue. When I minimize the SCORM window, the audio continues playing, but the animations freeze. Once the audio for the slide finishes, and I maximize the window, the frozen graphics start working rapidly, but there is no audio. Then, it proceeds to the next slide, and everything works smoothly.

Can you offer some more details please.

    • Which exact version are you using? The full version number can be found under Help, About Captivate.
    • A SCORM output can only be played on a LMS, so it is a bit confusing that you claim to have the issue also on a browser.
    • Which browser(s) did you test?
    • You talk about audio: is this slide audio, object audio or audio triggered by a Play Audio command?
    • Do you have any pausing point on that slide?

I am using version 11.8.0.586 of Adobe Captivate, which was released in 2019.

Yes, I am experiencing issues with both the browser and the LMS.

I have tested it on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

The issue is specifically related to the Slide Audio.

No, I do not have any pausing points set. However, I have a customized playbar that I designed using actions, which is displayed throughout the rest of the project.
