Has anyone found a solution for the 'swf compilation failed' issue?

Question

When I try to view my project in a web browser I receive the error message: Swf compilation failed. Note: please verify if any of the actionscript keywords is used as user variable name.

I'm not using any variables and I tracked the issue down to one slide which I recreated and then the issue moved to a previous slide. Any idea what is causing this?

Currently using Captivate 6.

I've gotten this on 3 occasions. Twice I couldn't troubleshoot it and ended up rebuilding my project. But once I discovered Captivate didn't like Slide Names beginning with a number.
