Has anyone had issues with an LMS not being able to find the necessary information in the IMSManifest file?

I am using Captivate 8, and publishing to both SWF and HTML5 using SCORM 1.2

When I upload the zip file to our LMS, only the Course and Tutorial titles are uploaded. The LMS is unable to find the XIDs and the Course Duration. I am told that other developers are not having this problem, so I am wondering if there is something I am not doing.  I had no issues at my previous employer, and a different LMS.  Of course, we were also using Captivate 7.

Would appreciate any hints.

    Unfortunately, things like this are so LMS-specific...

    For example, the LMS I previously worked with extensively did not require those fields at all...and sounds like your previous employer's may not have either.

    Best I can suggest - since 'other developers are not having this problem' is ask for one of their project files and compare (or ask them to take screenshots of their settings, and send you the imsmanifest that doesn't have the problem).

    So then at least you can see where they may be doing what you're not...

    ...or vice-versa; if you have 'Duration' checked, per your screenshot, and the LMS is saying 'can't find duration'...well, maybe it's more it just can't *handle* a duration line at all, or not in the format CP is writing to the manfiest...So maybe just UNchecking it entirely would solve the issue.

    (unless your LMS absolutely requires that value, but still doesn't like the way CP is writing it)

    Sure your 'edition' selection is correct for the LMS? Just as something else to try.

    Otherwise, fortunately you have 'other developers who are not having this problem' so there's your best resource for a solution...
